Forever30 is operated by Pure Life Now LLC ("we", "our", "us"). This policy describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account & intake data: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, weight, medical history, goals, and other information you submit through our forms.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, page visits) used for security and service operation.
How we use it
- To evaluate clinical eligibility and design your protocol.
- To process payments, fulfill orders, and provide member services.
- To communicate with you about your care and our services.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and pharmacy compliance requirements.
Sharing
We share data only with: (a) the licensed clinician(s) who review your file; (b) the licensed compounding pharmacy that fulfills orders; (c) service providers like Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Qualiphy (clinical evaluation for GLP-2 refills). We do not sell your data.
Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, security headers, and modern hosting practices. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong, unique passwords on accounts you connect to our service.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing rob@thorell.fit. Some clinical and billing records must be retained for regulatory periods.
